¡Qué mejor forma de despedirse del año 2010 que recibiendo un premio!

Yonoh ha sido galardonado con el prestigioso GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2010 por el parasol Nenúfar, producido por Samoa. Un premio que pone la guinda a un año fabuloso en que el estudio se ha visto reconocido con varios premios nacionales e internacionales.

Los premios Good Design, fundados por los arquitectos y diseñadores Eero Saarinen, Charles y Ray Eames y Edgar Kaufmann Jr., se organizan desde 1950 cada año por The Chicago Atheaneum.

El jurado de los Good Design se reunió en la ciudad de Nueva York para seleccionar los 500 mejores productos del diseño industrial y gráfico internacional del año. El parasol Nenúfar ha sido premiado en la categoría "Protective equipment 2010".

Este es el tercer premio que recibe el parasol después del ADCV Gold Award 09 y el WALLPAPER Design Award 2010. En 2011 habrá una exposición de todos los productos premiados en The Chicago Athenaeum Museum.

There’s no better way to say goodbye to the year 2010 than receiving an award!

Yonoh has been awarded with the prestigious GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2010 for the Nenufar parasol, produced by Samoa, an award that puts the finishing touch to a fabulous year in which the studio has been recognized with several national and international awards.

Good Design Awards, founded by the architects and designers Eero Saarinen, Charles and Ray Eames, and Edgar Kaufmann Jr., are organized since 1950 every year by The Chicago Atheaneum.

The jury of the Good Design met in New York City to select the 500 best products in the international industrial and graphic design of the year. The Nenufar parasol has been awarded in the category "Protective equipment 2010”.

This is the third award for the Parasol after ADCV Gold Award 09 and the WALLPAPER Design Award 2010. In 2011 there will be an exhibition of all the winning products at The Chicago Athenaeum Museum.

La revista inglesa FX organiza cada año unos premios de diseño e interiorismo a nivel internacional, este año estamos orgullosos de haber sido seleccionados a la candidatura como Talento Revelación del Año junto otros 6 estudios internacionales.
Finalmente el premio se lo ha llevado The Be Collective, un estudio londinense, para nosotros ya es un premio haber optado a estos prestigiosos premios.

The English magazine FX organizes every year the worldwide prizes of industrial and interior design, this year we are proud having been selected to the candidacy as Breakthrough Talent of the Year with other 6 international studios.
Finally the winner is The Be Collective, a London based studio. For us is already a prize to have been chosen to these prestigious prizes.

Japain

Este año hemos vuelto a participar en la exposición que cada año organiza ICEX en Tokio con motivo de la designer’s week. Este año la exposición se titulaba JAPAIN y esta comisariada por CuldeSac. El producto Plume, para la firma Fambuena, era una de las piezas seleccionadas para representar lo último del diseño español.

As each year, we have take part in the exhibition that every year organizes ICEX in Tokyo on the occasion of the designer's week. This year the exhibition was titling JAPAIN and has been curated by CuldeSac. The product Plume, for Fambuena, was been one of the pieces selected to represent the last in the Spanish design.

Bienal Saint-Etienne

Participamos en la séptima edición de la Bienal Internacional de Diseño de Saint-Etienne, dentro del proyecto Living Spain, con las piezas Plof y Tali.
Marcelo Leslabay es el comisario de la exposición.
